Fill out MDA questionnaire. (For a preview of this form in English, see English translation. Note that this may not be 100% accurate since MDA can change their form.)
Review (privately) the questionnaire with a MDA representative.
Get blood pressure checked.
Get hemoglobin level checked.
Register and receive the donation barcode stickers.
Donate blood! (450cc - Completely sterile, disposable equipment, impossible to get infected or exposed to any disease.)
Eat, drink, and rest for a short time.
